Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk or milk mixed with 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise low sodium
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika optional for a kick
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Fresh chives or green onions chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, buttermilk, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, dill, black pepper, and paprika (if using).
  • Squeeze in the lemon juice and give it another mix until well combined.
  • Let the dressing chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Garnish with fresh chives or green onions before serving.
