Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt full-fat or low-fat
  • 1 ½ cups self-rising flour or whole wheat flour + 1 ½ tsp baking powder + ½ tsp salt
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional for extra protein boost
  • 1 egg for egg wash, optional
  • Pinch of salt if using plain flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix the dough: In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, protein powder (if using), and salt. Stir until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 3-5 minutes until smooth.
  • Divide the dough into four equal parts and roll each into a rope.
  • Shape the bagels by connecting the ends of each rope to form a circle.
  • Brush with egg wash (optional) for a golden crust.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or store for later!

Notes

Room temperature: Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
Freezer: Freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in an oven or toaster before serving.
