- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 celery stalks diced
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 12 oz package seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish optional
Prepare the Crockpot: Lightly grease your crockpot to prevent sticking.
Layer the Chicken: Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot. Season with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning.
Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, sour cream, and chicken broth. Mix until smooth.
Add the Vegetables: Spread chopped onions and celery over the chicken.
Pour the Sauce: Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken and vegetables.
Top with Stuffing: Evenly distribute the stuffing mix on top of the sauce. Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing.
Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Garnish and Serve: Fluff the stuffing lightly with a fork. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
